AMERICAN CHOCOLATE MINT SMOOTHIE
Makes 4 cups

2 cups milk, divided
1/4 cup instant cocoa mix
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 pint vanilla ice cream
